This charming house between Dallas and Garland had several features that our clients wanted to keep but several that they did not. We tore out the pony wall between the living room and kitchen and replaced it with a peninsula with eat-in seating. We left the beautiful existing Saltillo tile and put in new ready-made cabinets and quartz countertops.

Our client also desperately needed more storage to accomodate their catering business, so we expanded their small pantry into the garage.
