Remodeling Packages

Our Remodeling Packages are a way to get a lot, for less. They are preset packages using economical (but still high-quality) materials, that are then customized for your home – rather than being fully custom from the ground up. And they feature the same excellent customer service experience and quality crews as our fully custom solutions.

Kitchen Package
$23,900

Package includes:

  • 3-4 hours with an in-house designer
  • A dumpster for all demolition debris.
  • Up to 200 sqft of floor space (for flooring and paint). Includes new Luxury Vinyl Plank OR Luxury Vinyl Tile and up to 60 linear feet of new baseboards (quarter round NOT included, if desired).
  • Up to 35 linear feet of new cabinets (includes upper and lower cabinet measurements combined). Upper (wall) cabinets are 36” tall. You can upgrade these to 42” tall for an additional charge.
  • Up to 40 sqft of new GRANITE countertops with 1 sink/faucet. You can upgrade countertops to QUARTZ for an additional charge.
  • Up to 40 sqft of new tile backsplash. Specialty designs can be added for an additional charge.
  • Appliance installation. Includes 30” residential range (gas or electric), 24” residential dishwasher, 30” microwave over the range OR standard 30” chimney style vent hood (both recirculating OR attached to existing ducting), garbage disposal, 36” residential refrigerator. Appliance installation does NOT include the cost of new power cords, drains, gas line, etc., if needed.
  • All appliances and the kitchen sink must remain in their existing locations.
  • Other changes can be added for additional upgrade charges.

Master Bathroom Package
$29,900 

Package includes:

  • 3-4 hours with an in-house designer
  • A dumpster for all demolition debris.
  • Up to 150 sqft of floor space (for flooring and paint). Includes new porcelain or ceramic tile flooring and up to 65 linear feet of new baseboards (quarter round NOT included, if desired). Excludes closet and linen storage painting, if applicable.
  • Vanity area:
    • Up to 10 linear feet of new cabinets (includes upper and lower cabinet measurements combined). Upper (wall) cabinets are 36” tall. You can upgrade these to 42” tall for an additional charge.
    • Up to 25 sqft of new GRANITE countertops. You can upgrade to QUARTZ for an additional charge.
    • Up to 2 new vanity wall sconces, existing locations.
    • Up to 2 new sink faucets/drains.
  • Shower (walk-in):
    • Up to 15 sqft (measured using the shower floor) and wall tile up to 96” tall. Frameless shower glass, up to 38 sqft. Excludes glass mounted towel bars/hooks, transoms, other specialty items.
    • The shower faucet is a single mixer valve with a shower head only. This can be upgraded for an additional charge.
  • Bathtub area:
    • Up to 60” long freestanding acrylic bathtub from Home Front Standard Selections.
    • Up to 30 sqft of new tub wainscoting tile/edging, up to 32” tall.
    • The tub filler/faucet is wall mounted only. This can be upgraded for an additional charge.
  • The vanities, sinks, all lighting, mirrors and toilet must remain in their existing locations.
  • New Delta Foundations elongated toilet.
  • Other changes can be added for additional upgrade charges.

Guest Bathroom Package

Package includes:

  • 3-4 hours with an in-house designer
  • A dumpster for all demolition debris.
  • Up to 40 sqft of floor space (for flooring and paint). Includes new porcelain or ceramic tile flooring and up to 20 linear feet of new baseboards (quarter round NOT included, if desired).
  • Vanity area:
    • Up to 5 linear feet of new cabinets (includes upper and lower cabinet measurements combined). Upper (wall) cabinets are 36” tall. You can upgrade these to 42” tall for an additional charge.
    • Up to 7 sqft of new GRANITE countertops. You can upgrade to QUARTZ for an additional charge.
    • Up to 1 new vanity wall sconce, existing location.
    • Up to 2 new sink faucets/drains.
  • Shower/Tub:
    • Includes a 60” x 30” American Standard Americast bathtub with a lifetime warranty.
    • Includes a tiled tub surround to 8’ tall.
    • Includes a shower faucet with a single mixer valve and shower head only. This can be upgraded for an additional charge.
  • The vanity, sink, wall sconce, mirror and toilet must remain in their existing locations.
  • Includes a new New Delta Foundations elongated toilet.
  • Other changes can be added for additional upgrade charges.
