A fire broke out in this client’s attic in Colleyville. The fire caused a large part of the upstairs to be reframed, reinsulated and reworked, so the clients took it as an opportunity to renovate their entire home.

These clients had been taken advantage of by another construction company and were looking for a trustworthy contractor. An external designer brought us into the project and we were able to take over and install a new subfloor and new spray foam insulation in the upstairs area. We were able to create a rustic, masculine den with a custom-built wet bar.
