This client was a DREAM to work with, and continues to be our biggest advocate! Their old layout felt choppy and disconnected, and was not ideal for entertaining. The flow of the home changed entirely when we swapped 2 of the room’s purposes. The dining room became the lounge, and vice versa. We added huge patio slider party doors on the new lounge, along with an electric fireplace, to set the mood for parties year round! We removed a powder bathroom to enlarge the kitchen and pantry, using the plumbing from the existing sink for a pot filler for their new coffee bar wall. An all new kitchen, 2 new fireplaces, all new flooring and paint…..this home feels entirely different now!
